Consider giving to the Louisville Academy of Music and help to sustain music education in Louisville for another 65+ years! When you give to the Louisville Academy of Music your donation will be used for Scholarships, Programming, and General Operating support. Please see details on our current projects below.

We are working this year to help create access to music education by developing Scholarship Programs for children who otherwise could not afford to study music.

We are currently exploring partnerships with Western Middle School for the Arts, St. Joseph Children’s Home, and other community organizations.

  • Fund private instrument lessons for at-need music students at Western Middle School for the Arts, a Title I Arts Magnet School

    • $100 provides music lessons for a month

    • $500 provides music lessons for a semester

    • $1,000 provides music lessons for a year

  • Fund scholarships to our Children’s Choir for St. Joseph Children’s Home

  • Fund scholarships for Electronic Composition: Stranger Things Edition for students in need

    • $120 provides a semester of group classes for a child

Your donation will also support:

  • LAM’s Future: strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and financial sustainability.

  • LAM’s Students: additional programming and performance opportunities

  • LAM’s Home: care of our historic location in Crescent Hill

To sustain our school for future generations we need your support. If you are interested in learning more about our vision please contact us to get involved:
