Aaron Eaves (he/him)
Aaron Eaves, baritone, is a professional teacher and singer from Kentucky and is currently based in Louisville, Kentucky. Aaron is finishing a Doctorate in Musical Arts (D.M.A.) from the University of Kentucky.
As a singer he performs in both professional operatic and choral productions. He has been a Choral Fellow with Spoleto Festival USA for the past three seasons singing in multiple operatic and choral performances. Most recently in 2025 with Spoleto, he performed as the Serviteur in the opera Thaïs, bass soloist/chorister in a performance of Kodaly’s Missa Brevis, and a concertist in Bach’s B Minor Mass. He also made his Indianapolis Opera debut in 2024 with the role of Liebeslieder/Fritz in their production of Stephen Sondheim’s A Little Night Music. Aaron is also a professional teacher of voice having taught both private students and at the university level. He teaches adjunct voice and academic courses at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. He has also performed many opera roles including the role of Papageno in The Magic Flute, Schaunard in La Bohème, the Count in Le Nozze di Figaro at the Estates Theatre in Prague, and Marcello in La Bohème in Croatia.
He received a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in 2018 before attending the University of Kentucky. He sang with the Westminster Symphonic Choir in performances with the Philadelphia Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic. These performances included Britten’s War Requiem, Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Rachmaninoff’s All Night Vigil, and Ravel’s Daphnis et Chloë.
