This ensemble can be included in Young Artists OR Performer Track
City Strings is a string ensemble with a twist for violin, viola, cello, and bass players who are beginner to intermediate level. This ensemble will feature familiar music, encourage improvisation, mix traditional music reading with teaching by rote, and put an emphasis on the group dynamic. Rehearsals will be held off-site with our partners at Woodbine Chamber.
