There’s a whole world of keyboard instruments out there, not just piano. In this class we will explore all the instruments that are functionally similar to piano and what sets them apart. Organ, vibraphone, melodica, accordion, stylophone… the list is long. We will study, hear, and play these instruments, even taking a trip to the Belle of Louisville to visit their steam-powered calliope!
