Composer Track

Designed for musicians ages 12-18.

Tracks begin mid-September and end the last week of April. Tuition is $560 for the year, billed at $70/monthly September through April.

Composer students will have unique opportunities that are rare for young composers. Led by LAM faculty, these students will attend composition studio classes, academic classes, and participate in recitals. These opportunities will include:

• Three composition studio classes, one each in Fall, Winter, and Spring

• Three group classes

  • Video game music fall (8 weeks)

  • Sibelius 2 in the winter (6 weeks)

  • Composing for Piano (8 weeks)

• A premier and recording of at least one of their works, to be scheduled on a LAM recital.

an application is required for the composer track.
Submit by august 24th for consideration.
